CAMBRIDGE DIET PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS 

You have four choices as to how to use the Cambridge Products.


1. FAST START PROGRAM,
Use 3 or 4 servings of Cambridge a day and no additional food. This is the fastest way to lose weight. It is not unusual to lose 10 or more pounds the 1st week. If you have serious medical problems, you should not use the Fast Start Program, or any diet without your Doctor's consent.

2. ALTERNATE PROGRAM Use 3 or 4 servings of Cambridge without additional food one day, and the next day use 3 servings of Cambridge and add 400, 600, or 800 calories of low fat, low calorie healthy food. Continue to alternate, the Cambridge, one day with food and one day without food.

3. REGULAR PROGRAM Use 3 servings of Cambridge 15 to 20 minutes before each low calorie meal. For this to work, you must not add too much food. Try to keep the amount of calories you add to 400, 600 or 800 calories.

4. REGULAR PROGRAM Use 3 servings of Cambridge and add one meal of healthy food. You may have your 3rd serving of Cambridge either 15 or 20 minutes before your meal, or as a dessert after the meal. For this to work, you must not add too much food. Try to keep the amount of calories you add to 400, 600, or 800 calories.

Note: When you add additional food to the Cambridge Products, it will help you to be more successful if you are willing to write down what food you add, and how many calories you consumed each meal, each day.
